Spokane Taxi Cab No Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
By using our taxi services, you agree that all payments made for completed transportation services are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all fares, fees, and charges paid for a taxi ride, whether paid in cash, by credit card, or through a third-party application.
2. No Refunds for Completed Service
We do not offer refunds for any service that has been successfully rendered and completed. Once you have reached your destination and exited the vehicle, the service is considered fully delivered and the fare is non-refundable.
3. Cancellations
- Cancellations by Customer: If a customer cancels a ride after a driver has been dispatched, the customer will not be entitled to a refund for any upfront payment or cancellation fees that may apply.
- Cancellations by Company: In the rare event that Spokane Taxi Cab must cancel a booked ride due to an unforeseen circumstance (e.g., vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability), any prepaid amount will be refunded or credited toward a future ride.
4. Exceptions to the Policy
While our standard policy is non-refundable, exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Spokane Taxi Cab under the following limited circumstances:
- Billing Error: If a demonstrable billing error has occurred (e.g., you were charged for a ride that never took place), you may be eligible for a refund. All such claims must be reported to our customer service department within [e.g., 48 hours] of the ride in question.
- Breach of Service: If we determine that a driver's gross misconduct, negligence, or willful breach of service standards directly resulted in your failure to receive the service you paid for, we may, at our discretion, offer a credit or a refund. This does not apply to situations caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic or weather delays.
